1. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

SEOITQAN provides digital services including SEO, technical audits, website optimization, development, and IT solutions. Due to the customized and time-based nature of these services, results may vary, and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only if:

The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment
No significant work has been started or delivered
The service has not involved audits, strategy planning, or custom implementation

Once a project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been shared, refunds are generally not applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

SEO audits, technical analysis, and strategy reports
On-page, off-page, or technical SEO services once initiated
Website development, design, and customization work
Hosting, domain registration, and third-party tools or software costs

4. Monthly & Retainer Services

For monthly or recurring services, payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice before the next cycle begins.

5. No Guaranteed Rankings

SEOITQAN does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or timelines. Refunds will not be issued based on ranking positions, traffic fluctuations, or algorithm changes.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request including:

Full name and business name
Service purchased
Payment date and transaction reference
Reason for refund request

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
